This helps my knee. More than the past i picked up from pharmacies I have recommended it to others

When I placed the order I saw one price and bought then I found out that it had ordered again. I tried cancelling the order but they said that it had already been packed. The price I paid was not what was advertised it was a lot more. I think they are a scam company and I think that one must be careful of ordering from them. They also used a delivery company that delivered the parcel to the wrong address and I did not get any assistance from Therawolf to find the parcel other than them saying it had been delivered. Not worth dealing with, there are other companies that provide better product at a better price, do your research before buying from Therawolf.

they seemed to be very understanding that I made an honest mistake on my order based on their website prompts offering of a sale price and then at the check out purchase price it was 6 x more. The "fine print" was very misleading the way they had it set up in the final stages of purchasing.When i finally received the product order 30 days later after i had immediately cancelled. I contacted the customer service department to return the order as I had been been reimbursed, they said they appreciated my honesty in the matter and told me to keep the order

First purchase and whilst awaiting the goods, the initial experience has been very positive.
