I placed an order a week ago
I placed an order a week ago. I was supposed to get a tracking number which I never did.. I sent several emails requesting tracking number and never got a reply. I finally called them and I was told my product has shipped, but they don’t have a tracking number. Now they emailed me and said to expect delays it could be another 14 days.

Seems like a Scam
The website put an order through before allowing to review the order with the shipping. They had tacked on another $10 to the order other than what they previously quoted. I asked to cancel it immediately and they said it had already shipped! This was on Feb 1, 2026 and it is now Feb 19th and nothing. No tracking, no product, and they told me I could not cancel this order despite numerous emails I sent. This seems like a big scam. Buyer Beware!

Terrible company
Terrible company. Have waited 3 weeks no product no tracking number. Get nothing but BS excuses that they can’t cancel my order. Buy Voltaire instead. Terrible experience.
