BUYER BEWARE
Sent a Chinese product. Said they have run out of their product and do this regularly. Amazon sell it for £5 a tin, rather less than the £20 a tin I paid! Said it was identical but question is do they really manufacture the product they advertise or is it a rip off? Offered a 50% refund and keep what they sent! I have asked for return address to get a 100% refund but to date no response. Think this could be a scam so BUYER BEWARE

They do not stand by customers
TheraWolf Relief Balm purchased from their website. Paid via (their listed) paypal. I'd filled in my details including shipping address. TheraWolf allowed Paypal to change the address. So going to the wrong address. I'd notified TheraWolf to redirect (before shipping notice came through). They said they could do nothing. I asked for one to be sent to the right address. Unfortunately it seems they have AI or some other system that just says stuff like "thanks for reaching out", and "we understand your frustration" them make suggestions like contact the shipper. the shipping notice came from TheraWolf without the name or ability to cancel or redirect. Once again contacted TheraWolf and got the same useless platitudes. No refund, no "Relief Balm" no refund. The Emails I got back twice said they would get back to me, but never did. A week has passed... 100% unacceptable. AVOID!!!

Therawolf hands down 10 stars
Therawolf works better than anything I have ever tried. Better than any pain medication any topical pain relievers it is the best thing out there. I have arthritis in my knee, a torn meniscus and I have no cartilage all in the same knee. It is complete bone on bone. It crunches and pops constantly. Therawolf is the only thing that will calm the pain within minutes. I recommend this to everyone who has any type of pain.

TheraWolf Works
I buy TheraWolf for My Wife and she has been using TheraWolf at lease 3 or 4 months now and I truly believe her when she tells me it works, cause she do not want to run empty of it. That's why I'm ordering 4 more containers of it today and please get it to me quickly as possible she's down to her last container. Thank you. P. Young
