The order always ships quickly, I have always received what I wanted. When there was a delay The Raw Food World always made up for it. So I am giving a 5 star rating.

Matt at RFW collects some very fine products that I haven't found elsewhere. Some of which I find very helpful to my body health and energy level as well as my own enjoyment of life. The Eastern herbs, Hoodia and Marine Phytoplankton as well as many nut snacks are daily fare at my house. We really appreciate Matt and Angela's enthusiasm and support of health. I only have one suggestion-please speed up deliveries- I live in California and it usually takes a week to receive my orders. Maybe they need more delivery staff. Other than that we are devoted customers. Love you all, Nancy

I ordered the new Reishi Spore Triterpene crystals. To date I havn't received the product but look forward to it arriving. The product is taking longer than I expected due to what they called a backlog of high orders.

The product I purchased "that is",not the experience!

Love these guys....honest and earnest and their enthusiasm about bringing folks the best quality stuff is most evident. Products are fairly priced, shipped quickly and the have a lot of things you can't find elsewhere. I commend them most highly!

Great quality foods and appliances, great customer service, however it takes them too long from order date to ship date, not sure why.

the store has exotic products..... some such as ormus and zappers are very hard to find in any retail store.....everyone there is very friendly
