While I am deeply grateful for your wonderful selection - which fits beautifully with our lifestyle... & your monthly specials rock! Your service is greatly lacking, even disappointing & you 'advertise' "ORDER TODAY, WE'LL SHIP TOMORROW" - which has NEVER happened for me. After being promised a couple of "at cost" almond butter jars for over 6 months (pd & waited, waited, waited, emailed 3x) - I had to just stop ordering. I received a nice note from Matt & figured I'd give RFW a try again... Placed my order last Tuesday 3.1 & TODAY is a week later TUESDAY 3.8... my order has NOT even shipped yet. I actually ordered some products from Nadine (L.L.) from CANANDA the same day, they arrived YESTERDAY - with "standard shipping." I love supporting small business - but I can order from Amazon & have the products in 2 days + with FREE shipping. With RFW, it can be 2 weeks...2 months. Sorry - not acceptable :(

They accepted and confirmed my order and my payment on Jan 10th, 2016. By Jan 31 it had not received the shipment and I had not received any tracking number. I sent them a reminder by email; they said it had not even been shipped yet. They said they were sorry and "will get back to you tomorrow regarding this! Either with a tracking number or a solution to the problem!" I did not receive any update from them since and now is Feb 2nd. I was not my first order. I ordered from them several times in the past and I was satisfied with their work. Update: The same story repeated several times: they promise to contact me, time passes; they do not contact me as promised; I remind them; and so on. There was no progress with the order and no tracking number. Finally I asked them to return my money. They returned my money on March 10th. That was 2 months since I paid them and after more than 20 emails sent back and forth! However I paid them with a EURO credit card and somehow I lost 10 Euros; since the rate EURO/dollar had changed. They did not compensate me the lost money. They suggested a discount instead on my next order. But I am not sure I will order anything from them.

I placed an order for 9 items on 12/31/15, the last day for the Free gift, holiday greeting card and the 17.5% discount. My items arrived today & I am disappointed to see that a few of the items will expire within 60-90 days and that I did not get the free gift or the holiday card with the good as gold ticket in it for the web page & ebooks. With my last order I received a personal letter from the Monarch Family thanking me for my order, plus a few samples which was a lovely touch! This time, just the packing slip :0( What happened to the free gifts promised??

There have been times when ordering products, I received certain parts of the order two months later. If I hadn't call to check (several times), I would have never received the item. I just placed an order on January 3rd, because of the holiday special, and have yet to hear about shipping status. I know the company is under transition. I hope things get better.

I will be sending it back plus the freebie which I don't understand what it even is. Too much marketing for old me is coming from there.

After waiting a week I inquired as to my order status. That got the ball rolling for them to ship it. They charge a flat rate of $20 to ship domestically and the tracking number says a day after shipping it is still in the local processing center. I saw they cost more but I am not sure why.

I have never had a problem with orders from your company before but this time there were 4 items missing

Instead of correcting the mistake that UPS made, they treated me as if it was my fault, the package was sent back. I lived at this address over 35 years & never had a problem with deliveries. I had many deliveries from Raw Foods delivered to my vacation home in NJ, in the past. My husband had passed away last December, so it was extremely difficult for me to deal with this problem. This was the first, I took a chance on ordering since then. I'm encouraged by Matt taking control of the situation. Thank You, Carol Strickler
