I've purchased several products and find that the quality is high. Many things are over priced and I don't like the idea that I need to join to receive the higher percentage discount. Several of the products i'm unfamiliar with I wish they had better descriptions of and how to use the foods/products. When shopping if you take your time to read about the products the shopping cart will empty itself out cause you've taken to long. It's really a pain and I have ordered else ware at times for that very reason. Over all the products are very good just need some fine tuning on the site and getting products out faster.

I have bee shopping on the Raw Food World Web site for about 4 years now.I have shopped on numerous different sources over the years and have come to realize that Matt Monarch is the most honest, reputable, dedicated person I know of in this business. He truly cares about his customers and is very generous about sharing his knowledge through his free videos on the website and offering frequent "at cost" and other specials every month. He stands behind every product he sells and always has the most current information and cutting edge products. He and his wife are just real, genuine people and one cannot help but feel the love that shines through everything they do. Believe me, I am a very careful and wary shopper, but I trust Matt and the Raw Food World completely. They are like family.

Delivery was fine but using your website is always difficult for me. The At Cost part always goes back to the beginning whenever I order something and then go back to shopping. This wastes a lot of time. I always have trouble checking out. I don't have the same problems with other sites, so I'm puzzled as to what the issues are. Thank goodness for the Chat you've set up. That makes it possible to order with sanity. If not for the chat, I probably would have given up on your site a long time ago. I hope you can improve the website so as to make it easier for customers to navigate and purchase things quickly.

Tried to order three hoodia bottles, and some relishing oil, and the sipping rates to Canada we're $54! Joke!

Ordering from Raw Food World has given me options for healthy snacks (raw food bars) and treats (raw chocolate). I also enjoy the selection of raw breads. My schedule doesn't always allow me to eat regular full meals, so I feel that I'm getting nutritionally healthy food that doesn't make me feel sluggish or on a sugar buzz. Delivery is timely, and if something isn't included in the order, it comes a day or two later. The photocopy of a hand-written letter and free samples with each delivery are a nice touch.
