Love the raw products and personal attention given with handwritten letter

I received three jars (plastic) of Yacon Syrup. The delivery was fast. The shipping turned out to be 20% of the total cost. Seems a little high. I read the negative and positive reviews of Raw Food World before I purchased the three jars. I could not find a money back return policy-if the product turned out to be rancid or did not work as described on their web site. I found the syrup to be tasty and not rancid or moldy. I have only been taking Yacon for about a week. I'm waiting for some results. There were typos on the labeling of the jar-just not very professional. I also got a hand written letter from the owner telling me about himself (age, etc) and about his wife (her age,etc). This letter seems like an ego boost for the owner but it is not very professional. As the consumer I'm only interested in the product and service this company provides. I haven't seen any results of the Yacon but I am hopeful-since if it doesn't work I have no guarantees of a full refund of my money.

Having done so I have a short list of sites that are my favorites, due to great service, prices and products. therawfoodworld.com filled my order quickly, I received it much sooner than expected, packaged well and a few fun samples to try. Great company to deal with ! Also wonderful communications.

Have been shopping at The Raw Food World now for over 2 years. Everytime reorder something we find a new product we want to try. Have alot of favorites. Will shop no where else for these products they are that amazing!!!!!!

The product that I ordered is good. My only concern is they sent an sample of Chlorella and no instructions on how to use it and what it is for. I would love a response back. looking forward to trying other things in the future..

I guess I can't order certain items like maca which will arrive COOKED due to the heat during shipping to Florida.
