I received my first order of Yacon Syrup one week ago. I have not seen any difference in my bathroom habits, which I was actually hoping I would. However, I do believe it is curbing my appetite, I do not feel hungry all the time as before plus when I do sit down to eat, I feel full faster. A big plus for me as I have struggled with my weight since I was 10 years old, I am now 67 years old. I have been seriously dieting since January 1 of this year & I only weigh in on the 1st day of each month. I will have a better idea on July 1 if it is helping me. I must add, the shipping time was excellent which pleased me greatly. Thank you.

Delivery was quick and items where as described, I will be shopping here again.

I love the products but, the customer service is not good. I am not sure if its the handful of negative experiences I have had that is mounting to frustrations and dread of needing to connect with someone or if the service is getting progressively worse. Wait times to speak to customer service via phone is 10+ minutes. Emails if they get responded to; Its like pulling teeth to get things done. Grateful for the desire to give feedback, makes me think that the guys over at Raw Food World seek to improve. Which is a good thing because they have a great product line and it would be a shame for the other Raw Food sites popping up to take business away from Raw Food World for very fixable issues like managing, organization and customer service.

I've ordered a water filter and some other small items from here with no problem, so I'd recommend this website!

This was my first order with Raw Food World. I was impressed by the hand written letter written by Matt. I have never had any company ever write a hand written letter of thanks and intention. The sincerity is apparent. My main item (Reishi Crystals) are on back order, so I can't comment yet. It may be too soon to tell, but I put the B12 patch on this morning and can't say I feel too much different. I think things work a whole lot better on Matt because he's not as clogged up as most of us, so I take his unbridled enthusiasm with a grain of salt. Still, though, I trust he knows what he's talking about, and his enthusiasm is heart warming.
