It would be nice if we could talk to someone when we call and not have to wait one to two days later and then I miss my call. One order I left two messages on the contact us e-mail and never heard back at all. Then I left a message on the phone and Tara got back to me and the problem was finally resolved. Having a person to ask some questions to on the phone right away would be great, whatever that takes hiring more people maybe. Matt has great products.
