I have been a customer at the Rawfood World for a few years now, and only twice, because I failed to understand how the Post Office operated, did I got mad with the store. These people knew how to solve my anger. The Rawfood World is tops with their service. They give you the attention when you write to them. They are one of my favorites when I want to order my raw food extras. Just browse their website and compare the prices. You will come back to them. Every month they share with their customers big discounts.

After reading & reviewing Matt Monarch and The Raw Food World I decided to place an order of 2 products I would enjoy the benefits of. Also being a person who prefers customer service and actually talking to someone vs. ordering online, I made my phone call to RFW. Leaving a message because they were busy was easy enough but the real gem here was the nice lady calling back a second time after I was busy upon her first return phone call. I placed my order and during the process I really felt like they cared about their company mission & this vision Matt does present to us thru his website and videos. I will order again.

Order arrived . Thanks for working at keeping your integrity in. No instructions on how to use the Maca on the pkg. Perhaps I will need to go on line for it. Maybe include a sheet in the order for us seniors. thanks for your great videos also.

Lets get passed the ordering dept which does a a terrific service to its customers.I received my order missing 2 products.left a message by phone.in no time i received an email informing me they had already shipped my missing products.they also gave me a 10% discount on my next order,plus refunded my shipping charge mind you i also had other product in the box.Rawfoodworld has the cutting edge products and the customer service to go with it.

All the products I have bought have been good quality and fully backed by the owners. There is a rare element of trust that I have where I know that they personally use/back everything they sell. With their experience and knowledge in raw foods this is the first company I go to for product information.
