I have the Therasage Personal 360 Sauna and absolutely love the sauna itself. I’ve had it for just under two years and use it regularly. Unfortunately, it recently stopped heating completely, and my experience trying to get help from Therasage has been extremely frustrating. I called several times and left multiple messages, but never received a return call. I filled out their online form asking for assistance and received no response. I also tried the live chat with no luck and sent several emails. Eventually, I received a one-sentence email response, but then heard nothing further. After about 10 days, someone finally responded and said they would send me a replacement part. It has now been another week, and I’m still waiting. UPS shows that a shipping label was created, but the part has not actually been shipped. I really do love my sauna, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. For a product at this price point, I expected much better and more responsive customer service—especially when the sauna stopped working completely. I use it often and certainly didn’t expect to be without it for this long simply because it was so difficult to get someone to respond. I hope Therasage improves its customer service and follow-through, because the product itself has been something I’ve really enjoyed.

The website images may not all be accurate. I ordered a sleep mask with an adjustable strap (without velcro), and I received a mask in the mail with a velcro strap. I also sampled the product in-person and told the sales rep I appreciated that the mask had no velcro. Receiving the velcro strap mask after noting the website images and my conversation with the sales rep is extremely disappointing. I am now losing $10 from the shipping fee when I never wanted this iteration of the item to begin with and the company knew it.

Hi, I am so sorry for your experience. Our original eye pillow design had a clasp strap in the back. Our customer support employees were unaware that our fabric supplier had changed the strapping system on the eye pillow. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We instructed accounting to refund you in full for the eye pillow and any shipping charges. You do not need to return it. You can gift it to someone or keep it for yourself. This is not normal for us as a company and we are sorry for this experience for you. Warmest Regards, Devin

I refuse to do business with Therasage because of their awfull Customer Care. I don’t care about the excellent product nor the discount. 7/4 Ordered PEMF (red light mat) at discount and $40 delivery fee. I entered shipping as post office address because USPS does not deliver to my home on a private road. I will pick up item from post office. This has worked multiple times, including Amazon. Order form only showed: "shipping method large sized rate." Therasage did not state delivery service by a particular carrier. Therasage did not have my physical address because I checked billing address same as shipping. But UPS does not deliver to post office. 7/6 I emailed D of Therasage Customer Service to change from UPS to USPS. He changed it from UPS Ground to USPS Ground Advantage. These are not the same. USPS Ground Advantage is cheaper for the seller but could take 3 weeks longer to get to me. Item is shipped by boat across Pacific Ocean. 7/6 I emailed D of Customer Service to CANCEL ORDER. (I didn’t want to do business with them. Two mistakes and I don’t want more), 7/7 R from Thersage did not discontinue shipping charge as I had asked. R asked me if I would like to proceed with shipment. 7/7 I mailed “No”. No response from R. I thought order was canceled. 7/9 Forwarded above email to R, “No” (don’t proceed with shipment). Again, no response from R. I thought order was canceled. 7/10 A) Informed by USPS to pick up package. I thought this order was canceled, having emailed Therascape 3x earlier, B) Item picked up from post office 96750 at 10:02, I was planning to return package as “refused” later on, after I did my other business. C) Received email from R on 7/10 11:36. You order has been delivered. D) Dropped off refused, unopened Therascape box to post office 96740 at 2:05 pm. I felt trapped, as though I had to pay for something I said "no" to ordering 3x earlier by email. I tried product and liked it at a friend’s house but I am refusing this order because of Therasage’s poor customer service. I will get the item elsewhere. Poor customer service. Did they know customer not advised of shipping method (UPS)? Did they know UPS does not send items to post office? Did they know UPS Ground is different from USPS Ground (Advantage)? Did they know I declined shipment 3x but item was sent anyway? Thank you.

I had the Therasage Large healing pad. The controller quit working after a couple of months. They sent me a new one. Ok great. It worked for another 10 months then completely stopped heating. I contacted therasage and they said I should have used a surge protector. I have a whole house surge protector. The quality is very poor and definitely not worth the price. Buyer Beware! The company also victim blame’s in their email responses. Do NOT purchase from them. So sad because I really wanted to benefit from their product.

I purchased an infrared sauna, that completely died on me after a small handful of sessions, there was a big bang and smoke and a smell of smoke for days later. They send out a box to replace the electrics on it, that did nothing. They eventually ended up replacing it for me - but this took a lot of time…instead I got a different product sent out to me as a replacement as I had no confidence left in the sauna. I got a PEMF mat. I also have one of their heat mats which is phenomenal! They work so good for me, however …again - the first one gave up on me after 2-3 uses. The replacement had lasted me about a year, now that still works but it gets way too hot - I think the thermostat is broken or something and the screen on the remote has died so I can’t see what the temp is at or what time is set or what time is left. The heat pad burnt my back really badly on one spot and blistered and now I have a permanent scar there. I always had the heat pad at the max level - 9 and it was always perfect for me, never too hot and I would never come close to burning my back. I reached out about this and my thoughts about it all and I was only offered a 40% discount on purchasing a new heat pad. It seems once your product is out of warranty you are in trouble. Unfortunately I can’t afford to replace it, I expect these products to last much longer…I’m very disappointed. I have recommended Therasage a lot here in Ireland to colleagues, I cannot stand behind it anymore when products don’t last for me and are not replaced.
