Therapy Notes staff are ALWAYS so very helpful!

I have been using TherapyNotes for 5 years now and I have to say the tool is excellent, but what's even better is the staff and support! They respond quickly to emails, they pick up the phone quickly, and they are always helpful! I tried their AI product and that, compared to other AI note taking tools on the market, doesn't quite compare (cost and functionality), but as an EHR, it's awesome.

TherapyNotes has amazing customer service! They are always friendly and very quick to answer emails or questions over the phone. I have been using TherapyNotes for a couple of years (under supervision and now on my own). Transitioning to my own practice and billing was made much easier with TherapyNotes. Highly recommend!!
