I have been in the medical management world for over 30 years and have experienced many different software companies. I rate Therapy Notes hands down number one. It is very user friendly. If you have a question or a problem the support team is always pleasant and knowledgeable and walks you thru the process. I use their "sister software company" in another practice. It doesn't hold a candle.

I had never, right up to retirement age worked anywhere but a clinic that took care of billing for me. Now, a year and a half or so after starting a small private practice I have all the challenges of any small home-based business to meet. If it were not for TherapyNotes, LLC, I would not even have been able to begin to meet those challenges. The simplified note formats, the excellent support staff, who answer questions readily and email a summary of the call, and the billing arrangements have provided a positive continuing learning experience. Costs are affordable even in a bad month. If it were not for TherapyNotes I would not have the opportunity to use my therapeutic skills at all.

Easy to use, quick, supportive and patient customer response, makes it easy to bill, perfect for mental health therapist in private or group setting. I can now spend more time with clients rather than sorting out billing software. After trying a few different billing softwares with little support, I have found success with TherapyNotes, LLC!.
