I would not recommend Therapy Notes at this time. They have not kept their word about creating an option to fill out and submit paperwork online. They have not created a better way to take notes for couples counseling even though many users have asked. Most importantly, the system runs slow consistently. There are constantly issues connecting to the server which makes it a battle to complete notes and billing entries. I like the program but there are others that can do the same things better such as Simple Practice. As soon as I have time to move all my notes over and learn the new system, I will. If Therapy Notes works out the kinks in the meantime, I would like to stay but I’m tired of it taking hours to complete notes bc I can not connect to the server.

Ashlee - We are sorry that you are not satisfied with TherapyNotes. We have recently released a feature which allows users to share documents with patients through the portal. We are currently working on further improvements to this feature, which will include fillable forms. The TherapyNotes Team have always been patient, professional and prompt in helping me navigate issues - mostly related to complicated billing problems, but they are also kind and patient with my "dumb" questions!
