Excellent. Having come from a clinic that used the cumbersome Qualifacts/CareLogic, I found using TherapyNotes a pleasure. Almost as good as a vacation. Incredibly user-friendly platform, with the ability to customize every piece, and reuse essential parts of previous notes simply by tapping the "history" hyperlink. Billing through this platform is also much easier than using a major clearinghouse like Availity, and importantly, technical support with knowledgeable and organized individuals is easy to access, with no wait time (so far). And, for all of these reasons, I have more time to focus on what really counts--my patients.

I love therapynotes.com! The program is elegant and user friendly with great support from the support staff both online and by phone. They are always trying to better the program with new useful tools and the price is a good value compared to using secretarial staff.

I have been with Therapy notes for 3 years and I have called numerous times. On July 11 I spoke with Stephen Imperato Ref/# 508025. Stephen was the absolute best support staff I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Stephan Imperato really ought to be commended amd recognized as an valuable asset to Therapy notes. Based on my conversation, about billing he struck an balance between teaching and helping to resolve my issue. With his support alone has been one of the most likley reason why I would remain with Therapy Notes.
