TherapyNotes uses CardPointe as its third party credit card processing service. Today, I received an email from CardPointe informing me that my business needed to update its "PCI compliance." So I logged into CardPointe and was confronted with a very long and confusing diatribe about how I'm supposed to do this, and that if I don't do this then TN will start charging me a fee. I tried calling support, they of course had no idea what I was talking about but promised to "write a ticket on it." My experience is that when a support person says that, what it means is that your complaint will be buried in a pile of user complaints that never get worked on.

Each time I call Therapy Notes, I interact with a lovely and helpful person who can solve whatever problem I'm having. And they seem interested in feedback and improving their product consistently. This kind of customer service makes all the difference!
