The EHR alone is great, but TherapyNotes's customer service is truly fantastic.

I would highly recommend this coming. I am very pleased with the services that I have received thus far. I just recently signed up with them and I had questions that I needed to have answered. I was surprised to learn that the company has weekend hours for customer service. I called and spoke with Daniel and he was very helpful. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Before hanging up, he asked me several times, was there anything else he could help me with. I have a non-profit that caters to counseling individuals therefore, budget is tight. I was very pleased to know that Therapy Notes offers discounts for nonprofits so this is very helpful. Their platform is user friendly and easy to set up.

The customer service for Therapy Notes is excellent. The software itself is quite intuitive, but they guide you through any parts where you might need some extra help. Overall, very well worth the money.

I've only just started with Therapy Notes, but already have been so pleased with how easy it was to get started and the ease of setting up my very first client (hopefully there will be more soon!). I have enjoyed the Patient Portal which I linked easily to my website, giving my clients access to forms and appointment scheduling features so I have more time to focus on direct services. Recently I also added the CardPointe service as well so I can seamlessly take payments - again, ease of use is huge for me! When i finally hit something I couldn't figure out myself, I finally had the opportunity to use Therapy Notes' customer service - wait time was minimal and the help i received was perfect - got me going in just a few minutes. Looking forward to working with Therapy Notes for a long time, and hope to not need a lot of support, but happy to know it's there if I need it!

I switched from another EMR to Therapynotes. They are so easy to use and their customer service is great--other EMR companies get back to you within a day...Therapynotes has REAL LIVE people to help you. They just added telehealth so they are a COMPLETE practice package
