I had to update the clieny's Treatment Plan and needed to include the new Objectives in the progress note for the date of the session.However the Therapy Notes portal will not allow me to change it. How can I change or include the new objectives for this client?

I received excellent customer service from Autumn G. She went above and beyond. I was initially only calling in to get help for a password reset. A question came to my mind on a totally unrelated subject and Autumn helped me answer that question and three others . She not only answered the question but was very patient while she walked me through properly using some of the resources that therapy notes provided.
