TherapyNotes has been fantastic. I looked at a few different software platforms but chose TherapyNotes because they have live customer service help to walk you through any questions that come up as you learn their system. I also like their telehealth platform, credit card billing, insurance billing, scheduling, appointment reminders, and EHR. Working remotely during the pandemic has been challenging, but using TherapyNotes and their helpful customer service team has made it easier.

It is everything I wanted and needed even before I knew that I wanted it or needed it.

I am so happy with TherapyNotes! I am not tech savvy at all and have found it fairly easy to navigate. But what's even better, is when I was stuck and didn't know what to do, they were a phone call away! They were supernice, helpful but mostly very patient, which I so appreciated! So glad I switched over from Simple Practice!

Customer service best ever! The things I have wished for have been worked on and put into place, such as telehealth. They are courteous, knowledgeable and the format is easy to follow. Easy to understand. The only two things I still hope for is possible screen sharing and being able to use Telehealth with two people in separate places. : )

TherapyNotes' customer service team is stellar. They are patient and answer all of your questions, immediately following up with a detailed email outlining what you discussed with step-by-step instructions you can follow the next time you encounter a similar question. A friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful team--I'd be at a loss without them!
