Therapy notes has made my administrative and practice processes so much more manageable. The customer service providers have been extremely helpful, warm and patient. I would recommend this program to any therapist who wants to save time and use less paper. You can schedule, bill, videoconference and access all of your notes on this. Fabulous!

Great product and customer service.

Amazingly helpful and professional support. As we are establishing a brand new counseling practice and are new to TherapyNotes, I have been in contact with various Customer Success Representatives and Managers at the company. They have all been extremely patient and helpful anytime I had a question or did not understand what I needed to do next. We thoroughly recommend this company!!

Very responsive tech team that always helps me figure out how to solve the problem I am having. Almost always, user error, but they are always so gracious about that. Therapy Notes is a full service, easy to use, EHR. I have been using it for 7 years now and love it.

I love Captain Nicole...she was so helpful. The best part of Therapy Notes for me is the customer support. Sure they have improvements to make but so does everyone and you can't beat great customer service with REAL people. They are always so helpful but today Captain Nicole lead my private practice to victory in resolving claims, insurance payments, and client balances. She was patient, kind, she laughed with us, and helped us solve our problems with efficiency and skill. I strongly recommend TherapyNotes. I give 4/5 stars and only take 1 start away as they do not have an electronic consent or way to convert my uploaded consent into an electronic form. Other than that, they rock! Their customer service is on point and their rates (subscription and payment fees) are fair and affordable. They've made billing via a CMS-1500 form super easy, the "To-Do" list is imperative to keeping me on track, and the Google calendar sync feature with the TherapyNotes schedule.

As soon as I signed up for therapy notes a few days ago, I got a call and email with information and how to get help and support with navigating TherapyNotes. I had to call in for my first question today, which was answered quickly and by a friendly and helpful representative who knew the answers to all my questions. It is comforting to think I will be able to ask questions and get answers so quickly while I learn the system.
