One of the best customer service teams I have dealt with personally or professionally, not to mention a great platform. Please don't chose something this important indiscriminately, as we did. It cost us hundreds of hours and I don't even know how much financially to move over to Therapy Notes, as we just couldn't stay with the previous platform. I am taking this time to hopefully save you from our pain (moving platforms twice). Read reviews and ask other professionals and I'm confident that you will only hear great reviews about the Therapy Notes Platform and the team that they have assembled.

Therapy Notes is not the first EMR/EHR that I have worked with. I have used many over the years but I do hope that it is the last. Therapy Notes is the most user friendly to date. Simple, straight to the point and offers all the necessary tools you need to run a practice smoothly and efficiently. Not to mention that their customer support is super helpful, friendly and are quick to explain things in a detailed but easy way that you can understand with out question. I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars.

Customer service is amazing. They have helped me navigate big questions, little questions and user errors. They are always nice and professional. When I have left a voice mail it has been returned within 24 hours. I have reached out several times setting up my Pratice and I am glad I choose Therapy notes!

So much easier to use than our first much more expensive EHR system.
