TherapyNotes has been a real game changer. I recently opened my own practice after working for a local agency. I am trying to manage client intakes, sessions, billing, coding, and making sure I have all the necessary intake paperwork and releases required by the state. TherapyNotes has made things more manageable. They have the initial documentation that I need with more enhancements to come. I am able to edit the wording on the current documentation to reflect my business and cover myself legally. My clients are able to sign up on the portal, complete initial intakes and enter insurance information. I even have the ability for clients to enter their payment information so I can bill them for co-pays and deductibles and collect payments via credit cards. No expensive or cumbersome credit card processing equipment needed. Everything is tracked through TherapyNotes and I can download billing information, create reports and even create professional looking invoices for clients. Customer support has gone above and beyond as well. Any questions I have are answered quickly and always to my satisfaction. They are friendly and super helpful. I have not been "left hanging" yet!! I cannot say enough good things about TherapyNotes. Without their help I would still be floundering like a fish out of water. Trust me. You won't be disappointed. Short white time. Friendly, knowledgeable support staff. Rarely have to speak to more than one person to get my issue resolved. Issues resolved very quickly.

The customer service is like no other I have experienced. Truly amazing!

First I could hear the person's voice clearly. So many times customer support volume and voice is choppy and difficult. Secondly, the patience of the helper is SO very appreciated for someone as clueless as I am at the moment. They validate my confusion, repeat themselves when I ask, and just seem happy to be helpful.

Customer service is excellent! Having to call customer service can sometimes be met with rudeness or be unhelpful. Therapy Notes provided quick, helpful, and most importantly kind customer service over the phone and followed up with an email summarizing the steps needed to solve my issue.
