Fast services with issues. Validating and wonderful to work with. I enjoy being able to e-mail, saves time with my day. If I do need to call, it is also quick for them to answer and they do thier best to find a solution.

The accounting issue that I had wasn't routine. The young lady who assisted me understood the issue, figured a solution and together we implemented it successfully. She listened well, was congenial and professional.

Contacted customer service for assistance on a merchant issue. The representative was friendly and to the point-asking permission to do things as well as explaining the step-by-step process. It was quick and thorough and I felt supported.

TherapyNotes has great customer service, even when they are busy. By allowing me to schedule an appointment for a specific request, they avoid wasting my time. In this specific instance, after they completed my initial request (which was to help manage my PCI profile on a credit card processing company), they offered to request a refund on my behalf if I found any unnecessary penalties from the payment processing company. When I later e-mailed them to state that I had found a penalty charge, they handled it immediately and without having me set up another appointment or make another phone call.

The last girl was very helpful. I had to go through several calls of waiting. One disconnect and she never phoned back. Wrong information was left on VM of which extention to connect to. When I asked the one girl to connect me, she said she can't. Maybe a better system to transfer instead of starting again and waiting.

TherapyNotes customer service is always fabulous. I love that I can speak to a real person on the phone and get answers to tech issues/questions, usually within minutes!
