As always, the TherapyNotes staff was friendly and helpful. The response I received was quick and the information provided was exactly what I needed.

As a psychologist, documentation is an ethical obligation and a bear to handle. TherapyNotes makes it easy to be organized and thorough. They have form templates that indicate what needs to be documented for each type of note (e.g., progress, termination, etc.) and allows shortcuts from earlier notes, where appropriate. The scheduler lets you include everything you need, and is linked to notes and billing, so that nothing falls through the cracks. You can bill insurance directly and easily with a push of a button. There is even an option to take cash, HSA, or credit card payments. And customer service via telephone where real people answer the phone 24/7, and are professional and supportive. There are more features but the best thing is that TherapyNotes is the most professional electronic medical record (plus) system out there.

I appreciate everything about TherapyNotes! Their app is straightforward and very easy to use. I find that it works really well with my workflow, and I appreciate TN making it (relatively!) painless to do insurance and billing. But a great app is nothing without a great team, and it's in this area TN truly excels. Yesterday, I called in because I screwed up the billing for a client (Like I said, relatively painless!). Carly was able help me sort out the issues, explain why the mistake happened, and then guided me through how to fix the mistake. In all, it took less than 20 minutes. And I think that's incredible.

TherapyNotes provides an amazing interface and is very user friendly. Any questions that I have had have been answered with confidence and their Emails have also provided useful information without any fluff. I would recommend TherapyNotes for any practice.
