Life saver!

I'm not impressed so far. I am on a trial basis and things aren't going as expected. I contacted Therapy Notes to ask them, while I am on the trial basis, will my data entries be saved? They told me yes but unfortunately all the data I saved was wiped out. I spent hours making adjustments only to find out none of my work was saved...I'm not happy!

I love the customer support!! The software isn't perfect but I'm so grateful for the customer support when I need help with anything related to the software or the work we do because they really understand how counseling works and can help with specific situations in our day to day workflow.

TherapyNotes goes above and beyond with customer support for providers. They help me with claim issues, how to find things in my system when I get lost, send a follow up email with detailed instructions and are always friendly when you call. I cannot imagine doing business with any other company for my EHR.

We love what we use with TherapyNotes. We had wanted to use the Telehealth, but we do groups. In the end, the functionality we needed was not available, so we still use ZOOM. We only use it for client management, but for that, it is great. We use other billing and tele, as noted. Also, there is no easy way to do the Release of Information due to how it is worded, so we always need to remind clients.

I have been with TherapyNotes a long time. At least ten years, if not a dozen now. They have constantly improved the system so that I can meet requirements of Medicaid notes. Their billing is easy to use. The reminders set up my clients for success. I completely utilize the patient portal for new intake paperwork, treatment plan writing (including the client in the writing), and scheduling online. However, now with TherapyFuel I can finally keep up with my notes. I had been using another AI program. I am completely in love with TherapyFuel, and am able to finally catch up with the task of writing notes as a therapist!
