Their customer support is top notch! You can get a REAL person in the line in no time, and they are kind, and eager to fix any issues or answer any questions. For me, that's a big reason why I love this company. The EHR is also very simple to use and they are always adding new features that help me in my practice.

TherapyNotes staffers are so responsive and so very helpful, AND friendly! Whenever I call, I'm on hold for 5 min to 10 and if it's longer (the longest I had to wait is 15 min.) they'll call back so you don't have to wait. What's most important is that they are VERY knowledgeable about the "ins and outs" of TherapyNotes. In fact, TherapyNotes offers the best online help I've had in the psychotherapy business!
