I bought the "hair helmet" as I call it, a number of years ago. I have Hashimoto's thyroid disease and seasonal hair shedding. I also have an unhealthy scalp needing to change shampoos frequently. The first benefit I noticed after using the helmet was a healthy scalp, no more flaking or itching. Secondly the actual hairs seemed stronger and thicker. And thirdly the hair loss diminished. The Theradome only works if you use it consistently! (Duh!) My life became hectic in the past 3 years and I stopped taking care of myself as a priority and sadly my hair shows it. I will be starting up my treatments again this week! I want my nice hair back again. Give it a few months and you Will notice a difference.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever had from a company. I purchased one of their products in February, 2026. In the weeks after, I reached out to them five times, three times by email and twice by phone. It's now five months later and I still haven't received a response. I can't speak to the quality of their product as I was so frustrated with their customer service that I moved onto something else. But judging by the complete non-existence of their customer service, it is clear they do not stand by their product.

I have been using Theradome PRO for 5 months 3 times a week. By treatment 60(4 months) I had noticeably more hair. Ofcourse It is still short and I am anticipating how it will look when the new growth is the length of my chin length hair. I had one minor battery issue but the Customer service was very responsive and solved the problem over the phone.

I have been using the my Theradome for several years now. I’m not sure if my hair has re-grown at all but I do feel like it hasn’t gotten any worse. I especially want to give a thank you to Adele at customer service. She spent a lot of time with me on the phone because after 540 some treatments, my helmet stopped charging and so I couldn’t do a treatment. She was very patient with me, went through the process of checking if the battery needed to be reset or if I might need a new battery which neither turned out to be the case, but the problem was the plug.When I switched to a different plug and did a few things that she instructed me to do my Theradome worked perfectly. She was absolutely wonderful, calling me back hours later to check on it and even the next day, I can’t praise her highly enough for her great customer service.

I noticed my hair thinning the past few years. I have had friends try different Shampoos, Lotions, supplements and none felt they were very effective. My spouses doctor recomended Theradome and I decided to try it. My goal was to slow hair loss and if I had hair regrowth that was a bonus. After 4 months of 2x's/week use, my barber noticed hair growth. The last 2 months he confirmed more growth. Ease of use is a plus.

I was truly skeptical about any product that claims to regrow hair, however, I am so glad I purchased my Theradome! My hair not only feels thicker, but it feels so healthy! My hairdresser noticed right away so then I knew it wasn't just me trying to think positively about my hair growth. And, I love not having to wear a hat every time I leave the house!

Customer service was great. They helped me out.
