I do see results from this product, but I had to send it back once because the voice chip inside that keeps you informed about the # of treatments and the length on your head kept repeating itself. They were fast on the repair, and I received my helmet back in a timely manner. The customer service was very good. BUT, I am noticing that the problem was not completely fixed as I am having the same problem again. The voice repeats itself over and over, however, the time length the light stays on is absolutely correct. It's weird. So, I am just going to leave it alone for now.

The Theradome rep was absolutely great. She took the time to try and troubleshoot on the phone and then ultimately sent a new replacement product. She followed up to provide updates and was very courteous. Great experience! The product itself doesn't really help much in terms of its intended use, even after 5 months of use. It's unfortunate as it's pricey but it was worth a try.

It reduced hairfall but no new hair growth. I am also taking finasteride. The combined result is less hairfall and less thinning.

I had purchased my thermadome helmet from a retailer and 5 months into my treatment the helmet stopped working. I called the customer department and they were able to help me troubleshoot the problem. Due to the warranty and a faulty battery I received my new thermadome helmet less than a week later. I am happy to see that the company stands behind the product and have great customer service reps to assist. Thank you Thermadome!
