I purchased my first Evo from Costco in May 2020. Not too long after I bought it, it started having problems. I contacted Theradome and they replaced it immediately. I also purchased an extended warranty. That helmet started having charging problems. It was in the last month of the extended warranty. Theradome sent a mailing label asking me to send it in for repair. They ended up sending a brand new replacement helmet. In the meantime, it was working wonders on my hair growth, so I purchased a second helmet from Costco. My husband has been so impressed with the results that he has recommended them to some of his patients that were concerned about their thinning hair.

The Theradome helmet is quite amazing. I've only had it for 3 weeks but so far my hair feels thicker overall. As I have thyroid issues, my hair which is long and thick has started to thin on top. Granted way too early to see hair regrowth yet, but it is so easy to use and helmet stays on so you can do things during the 20 mins. The battery on my helmet died, but customer service was very friendly and very quick to determine the issue and send a replacement battery. So far I'm very impressed!

I am very happy with the helmet. Very confortable and easy to use. This is a long term solution. Stick with it. The shedding occured for several months. Yes, it is scary to see so much hair come out. It stopped and now very little comes out. This is one part of the total care for hair growth.
