Well-designed product. Since I purchased it, I have use it frequently and it is very reliable, very functional. I am very pleased with it and I'm glad I bought it.

I purchased the extended warranty for my helmet. The pegs came out of my helmet, and I contacted the company to fix the issue. When I received the helmet back there was a hair in the helmet that wasn't mine, the white dome had black stains on it. My helmet had a slight crack in the white dome that was now gone. Leading me to believe they used some dirty parts were used to fix my helmet. Or my helmet was replaced with a used one that was lying around. As this is a health and hygiene product, I contacted the company right away asking why they would send me back a helmet that does not seem to be mine, or they used used parts on, and is very dirty? I was told it was my helmet, if there was a hair in the box that maybe it fell out the technicians head during repairs (how is that acceptable, gross). I asked what was changed in my helmet? They said the pegs, and inner shell was replaced. No mention of the outer shell with the crack being in it replaced. They couldn't even identify where the crack was, nor does it seems knew about it! So, they obviously sent back some dirty used helmet with pegs intact they had lying around while trying to claim this is my helmet. Very disgusting, and on top of that I paid for the extended warranty - for what - so they can send a refurbished product back - to use on my head? They claim by law they can't - but from speaking to Mr. Bobby Spence, VP of Customer Service - who speaks in an utterly unprofessional manner - I don't think they follow what they say. In general, in regards to the effectiveness of the product - I am not sure. I can't say that it helped at all, definitely didn’t harm. In terms of the Extended warranty - buyer beware - they will just send back a used product, claim it was repaired.

I purchased a PRO LH 80 helmet in 2019 and never experienced any issues. Use twice a week for 20 minutes each time. Usually on weekends. Very convenient when busy during weekdays as well! Brewing coffee and making breakfast while having the helmet on. Already used 366 times PRO LH 80 and still working! Love it! Jose at customer care was above and beyond when I called in regard to my battery matter. He advised me on how to reset and keep using the helmet successfully! I am recommending this product not only for the final results of my hair but for the excellent customer service! Loyal user, Mistral.

I have had great success using the Theradome. I use been using it 4 times a week for several months now and have seen results.

Ease of use. Effective in arresting hair loss with moderate gain in new hair.

I part my hair down the middle of my head and I noticed their was more skin showing than normal. Obviously, a lack of hair so I bought the Theradome and used it three times a week the first month and then went to twice a week the second month. After three months my part looked normal again. So yes, I think this works.

Stefanie at theradome was just awesome was having problems with my battery and she sent me to two websites where I could get another one very quick service and very friendly on the phone would highly recommend thermadore.

I Have been using theradome for 2 months ,great product ..used others n was not satisfied .I have seen small amount of improvement ..but it needs to b consistently used for much longer time ..Danielle from Customer service was over the top great ..I was so impressed with her..always with special attention ..
