I've had my dome for about 1 year+, its so easy to use and I like the countdown clock! When it stopped charging, I messaged Theradome through instagram! They got right back to me, provided technical help and then made it easy to order a replacement battery (and now my dome works again!).

Over the last 4 years, I have used the red light therapy helmet 1,126 times and will continue to use it every day. With PRP and this device, I have grown hair and replenished my hair line. The battery that came with the helmet lasted well past the 400 recharges promised. I highly recommend this product. A customer for life.

I have found the Theradome PRO LH80 to be a capable and user-friendly investment. It may not work for everyone as a "mono therapy" - that is, as one's sole hair loss fighting treatment - but it seems to be very helpful when used in conjunction with other therapies. It doesn't work overnight - you've really got to be patient, and let it run its course. In addition, I reached out recently to procure a new battery - sometimes batteries die, that's just how it goes - and I found the customer service to be great. Relatedly, it is a great idea to get the extended warranty, as with regular use, you're almost certain to need at least one new battery.

I love this! The contast between my pink scalp and white hair is so noticiable- Theradome has cured that tho- not only is my hair growing in, I believe it is growing in stronger. My harbrush and comb have less hair in them in the morning

I was losing my hair to the point I wanted to get a hair transplant. The doctor suggested I get the theradome to stimulate the transplants and the existing hair. I actually bought 2 units. I have been very happy with the growth I have achieved because of the theradome. Unfortunately, batteries don't last forever. I can't wait to receive a new battery so I can get back my enjoyable helmet treatment time!! Thank you theradome for creating such a wonderful product. Joe M. Florida
