Money well spent! Purchasing the Therdome Pro was a wise investment. I have no regrets as I experience fewer hair fallout when using the helmet. After a year and a half of use there was some wear and tear and when I reached out to customer support they were very responsive and persistent in following up. I really appreciate their customer service. I feel like they take their customers seriously.

From the very beginning, my experience with the Theradome team was great. When I first received by product, it wasn’t charging. I reached out and they responded right away. The matter was quickly resolved after some troubleshooting. They also followed up to make sure everything was going well. I have had 21 sessions so far and my hair feels much thicker and I no longer see full strands in the sink each day. I will continue to use this along with taking hair vitamins for optimal hair growth, restoration and maintenance.

I suffered from hair loss for a very long time due to lupus and breast cancer treatment. I've tried everything and nothing worked. I was given the Thermodone helmet for Christmas and I started using it like in March because I had to wait for an infection to clear up. I was using it like every other day for 20 minutes per time. Theradome has amazing customer service. They answer you immediately if you have a question or problem with the helmet. I come from a family where women's hair thins as we age. I use this to prevent that from happening more than it had already done when I got the helmet.
