Love my Theradome helmet! It has helped so much with my extreme hair shedding. Since I started using it, there has been a huge reduction in the amount of hair I’m losing, and I’m seeing so much new hair coming in!

I have been using TheraDome since 2022 after I got Covid from a family members vaccine shedding. I was extremely ill and lost hair over the course of over 1.5 years. The same happened to my sister, we continued to lose hair for a horrible amount of time to the point where I had about the thickness of my pinky finger in a ponytail. It was traumatizing and scary, and what led me to purchase the ThermaDome after extensive research. I did a few treatments a week over the course of the next couple years and I definitely noticed my hair growing back. My hair has regained its thickness. Everyones experience is different but this was mine.

Theradome was recommended by my dermatologist, who said I should implement a combination of approaches, at least two. I am using Theradome and Finistrade tablets. I tried Minoxidil, but it increased my heart rate so quit using it. Theradome, in contrast, is easy to use and has no negative side effects. It has slowed down my hair loss, and new growth is now evident.

After less than 6 months the interior of the helmet cracked. Theradome would not allow a return to inspect it offer a replacement or a discount. They assured me that their products never crack and that their warranty doesn't cover my issue.

After dealing with hair loss due to GLP-1 usage, I feel that my hair is finally coming back in fullness. A dermatologist told me that GLP-1 hair loss often stops on its own once weight is stabilized, but that was not the case for me. Rather, this triggered a hereditary hair loss that has been prevalent in my family. Using my Theradome Pro for about 10 months has given me back my thick ponytail and has reduced my visible part. Highly recommend!

I’ve just completed chemo and was anxious to start regrowing my hair. I had not used my Theradome during my 7 month chemotherapy and was looking forward to having it to jump start hair growth. When I stopped using it 7 months ago I had between 560-600 uses. I can’t give the exact number because the helmet would not turn on, solid red light turned to flashing red when I tried to charge it. I called customer service, the rep explained that the device should work up to 1900 uses. I was a little surprised that anything that costs $1K had a defined obsolescence at 1900 uses. The rep walked me through a series of possible fixes but in the end it was decided I needed to buy a new $50 rechargeable battery. Battery arrived, wasn’t the solution. Received an email suggesting I try switching charger and charging cord if that didn’t work, I should buy a new one. It didn’t. Here is a client who just finished chemo ( also own theramask) and has only used 31% of the predicted life of the device before it breaks and can’t be fixed and all they say is go spend another $1K on a new helmet. I offered to buy one at cost and have not received any reply. Be suspicious of any review of this product, it may work for awhile but don’t be surprised if it has a very limited lifespan.
