Hi Smith, we take all feedback seriously; however, after a thorough search of our internal records and client database, we have no record of a "Smith Price" ever signing up for our services or a project matching this description in our system. We reached out to you previously to request your order details or a project reference number so we could investigate these claims, but we have not received a response. At The Pulp House Publishing, we pride ourselves on our transparency and our commitment to our authors’ intellectual property. If you are a client of ours, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this. Otherwise, we must assume this review was posted in error or by mistake, as it does not reflect any of our active or past projects.
