Pulp House Publishing assisted in publishing my debut novel, Lethal Records. They aided in formatting the novel and publishing it on several platforms. Mikhail Johnson was very helpful. His consistent communication was a positive experience, as well as that of his teammates. At times times communication was as issue but in general everything was resolved. They also marketed my novel on social media. I recommend their service.

As a first-time author, publishing Gabby the Brave Bear Cub with Pulp House Publishing was both exciting and a learning experience. One issue I encountered was that my book was supposed to be formatted as 8.5” x 11”, but it was completed in 8.5” x 8.5”. By the time this was discovered, I was told changing the size would require reformatting the entire book. I also learned later in the process that my original 15–16 page manuscript needed to be expanded to 32 pages to meet Amazon’s hardcover printing requirements. I would also encourage future authors to ask detailed questions about what is included in the publishing agreement. We learned that some services, such as an Amazon Author Central page, global copyright, and certain marketing services, require additional fees beyond the initial contract. Despite these challenges, Jay Garcia was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when I had questions or felt overwhelmed. His guidance made a tremendous difference, and I truly appreciate his support. Overall, my advice is to do your research, ask plenty of questions, and make sure you fully understand the publishing process before signing with any company.

So far, my experience with Pulp Publishing House has been a positive one. The team has so far, has been patient, responsive, and willing to work with me throughout the publishing process and according to my timeline. As a first-time author, I truly appreciate their professionalism and communication. My project, however, is still in progress, so I do not feel it is fair to give a complete evaluation just yet. I look forward to posting a final review once the publishing process is complete.

Working with The Pulp House Publishing (TPHP)has been an outstanding experience. Their team is attentive, receptive, and incredibly knowledgeable about not only the publishing process but also how a book should be positioned to resonate with readers. They consistently check in several times each week to ensure I understand every step, answer my questions, and confirm that I am completely satisfied with the direction of the project. What has impressed me most is their attention to detail, proactive communication, and genuine spirit of collaboration. I never felt like just another client, they made me feel like a valued partner throughout the entire process. I highly recommend TPHP to any author looking for a team that is invested in your success.

Have worked with several folks here, the communication and enthusiasm for new authors is way above the board. The only thing i can say i am not satisfied with is when i asked to actually speak to the person who was editing the text I was told no. Since my book has a very specific dialect and the editor was having difficulty with it I felt that it could be a great learning experience with the irish dialects. I was told i needed to trust them and they changed my whole team. going on several months and i haven't had a decent edit yet on my book. I even told them to not touch the dialogue. They did anyway. The other thing is the push for additional add ons, everytime i say "show me the breakdown" they change my team. the people are good, friendly and courteous but they do have thick accents that make me question the ability to understand completely a completely different way of speaking. So Far Katherine has been good, we will see.
