I had the pleasure of using The Pros at my wedding in 2013. The prices was unbeatable and the Photographer and videographer were amazing. Made sure we got all the special pictures of our day. And didn't miss anything. I love watching our dvd. Awesome people!!!

The DJ played everything right on cue and did an excellent job. Our videographer did a good job capturing the ceremony and reception, but for the price I thought it was a little outrageous that if we wanted it on bluray we would have to spend another $100 on top of what we already paid for about 5 hours of time with no editing done and low quality. They didn't even edit the sound so we couldn't hear much except background noise the whole video. We heard the mic attached to the groom, and the music coming through the speakers at the same time so it wasn't even worth trying to listen to it. For example, during my father daughter dance I can sort of hear the song, and I can sort of hear the groom and his mom talking. That kind of ruined one of the biggest moments for me. As much as it cost I could have bought a new camera recorder and had a friend do it. It would have cost less, and it would have been about the same quality. The photographer did take some really good photos, but he tended to stick to one look for too many photos, and he got a lot more pictures with the grooms family and hardly any with the brides family. I also wish he would have had a few more ideas for the bride and groom pictures to capture our love and how hard we worked to look just perfect. Overall we didn't have any big problems and they were good for the price. Our photographer did smoke by my aunts how though, so he missed a couple dances, and it made her house smell like smoke, I wish he would have done it further away or waited till after the wedding was over. The company itself was flexible with payment schedule and responded to all my emails. The only issue I had with that part was that they expected you to send in checks for every payment except the down payment, and I don't have checks, and expected to pay online since I bought the wedding package online. Thankfully they did change it so i could pay the whole thing online with a card.

We paid for photography, dj, and video services from the pros. The dj was absolutely horrible. He was given a list of the bridesmaids and groomsmen and our last name and told how to pronounce the names. He didn't announce one the the couples In the wedding party even though it was on the list and he mispronounced our last name when announcing us. I had to ask if he was going to play songs that I had put on a list for him and the list was only about 20 songs. The video person wasn't very friendly but he seemed to know what he was doing until we got out video. about 45 min of the video has no sound which had our cake cutting and mother son dance and other important scenes. Overall I was very unhappy with their services especially since they are supposed to be number 1 in their field. After telling them about this I was only offered a free photo book and the free service to edit my own video myself...they are a joke and I will tell everyone I know never to use them.

I am so incredibly disappointed with our wedding video. After how great our photos turned out, I was expecting to be equally wowed by the DVD. The quality is on par with that of my Mother's own wedding video from the 1980s, which is ridiculous. Our videographer had no skills as far as panning or zooming and the shots were very blurry at times because of that. In addition, I understood that I would be receiving raw footage but the least the videographer could have done was edit out embarrassing moments like our aisle runner not working appropriately. Instead, I am now left to relive that moment of awkward silence and confused looks on my guests' faces while waiting for me to come down the aisle. I literally cried while watching this video and I am too embarrassed to share such terrible quality with any friends or family. The sound quality is awful...you can't hear what you're SUPPOSED to hear, just background noise. I would never in a million years recommend The Pros video services. Jorgen had no personality either and I don't think he even said two words to us the entire time he was filming with his giant bulky camera which I can only assume was from the 80s or 90s given the quality that was produced. I should get my money back for this service because I never plan to share this DVD with anyone nor do I or my husband plan to watch it ever again.

We absolutely love the pros.com. The photographer was very professional but yet we had a lot of fun. The pictures turned out wonderful. We have over 480 pictures to choose from and we got married on the gateway clipper plus had our reception. I would highly recommend them to anyone who doesn't want to go broke paying for wedding photos but wants qualty pictures.

The Pros got me 3 excellent professionals (photographer, videographer, and DJ) for what it would have cost me to hire one, and possibly even less than that. I had an excellent experience with everyone I worked with, and The Pros were very responsive when I had questions. I 100% recommend them to anyone.

The photographer and his wife were fantastic. They were very professional and we loved having them share in our special day. I gave them permission to use our photos on line for additional advertising...

We used The Pros photography and videography services for our wedding in October 2014. Their prices are unbeatable and I could not have been happier with our photographer, Donya, and our videographer, Preston. They both called me before the wedding to get details about the day and they were very professional, kind, and wonderful to work with. Our pictures came out beautiful and the video was longer than I expected. I would use them again and highly recommend The Pros. I also recommend going to one of their events to meet the professionals in person.
