The Pros WeddingsReviews of thepros.com

II have used the Pros for several PTA functions at the local High School. The DJ's are extremely professional and always engaging. I would not hesitate to contact Pros for any event. In fact, I just reserved a DJ for a June event the other day!

I decided to use The Pros service as the photographer and DJ for my wedding...what a mistake. I was lured in by the low prices, you get what you pay for. The representative assigned to me was inept at best and wsd unable to answer the simplistic questions, constantly making mistakes on my paperwork so I was sddigned a new one. Not much better so I stopped calling or emailing them unless absolutely necessary. A couple of months in I was advised that I owed them another $400 for thd DJ because I had my ceremony at a separate site. I had expled my plan to the representative in the beginning... Also providing her with both addresses. Now all of the sudden it was a problem. So I said I no longer wanted the DJ. This was also a problem. I had not signed any contract but they claimed by not signing it and still speaking with them I had signed it by default. What???!!! So I ate the fee for cancelation and hired a different DJ. The only saving grace was that our photographer Kimberly Varley was excellent!! She had everything how I wanted it!!! But the company as a whole was stressful and miserable!! Save yourself the aggravation! Pay more money for less stress!! Update 3/23/2015 I was contacted by the Vice President Hugh Riley who was concerned about my review. He tried several times to reach me by phone and accommodated my late night work schedule to speak with me. He seemed genuinely concerned about my experience and wanted to make it right. He offered a few suggestions to remedy the situation, which at first I was less than thrilled about. He was able to sense that in my tone and ultimately refunded my entire fee!! I was shocked that as a business he would do that for me! In the end I would suggest giving them a chance, I was pleasantly surprised!!

The Pros has been very easy to work with - our rep is accessible via email and the site is pretty intuitive. The price was the deciding factor for us.

Everything was mostly fine with the Pros. I don't think it was the company specifically that was an issue, but the lady I had to work with was HORRIBLE. She would rarely return calls, and we kept missing each other. However, the photographer and the DJ we got through the Pros were WONDERFUL! But when we decided to add on a videographer, things got really messy. The lady coordinating everything said she would get us a videographer, then when trying to confirm with her about the videographer (and her not getting back to me for a long time) she finally responds ( a few days before the wedding!!) Saying that she was sorry and never got the message to get the videographer. But when we tried to contact her again, she had been fired or something along those lines, and long story short, we never got a videographer. It was extremely disappointing. We had a family friend just film the ceremony with his camera...but it's not the same. He never got video of all of us getting ready, or the reception...I know it doesn't change the fact that we still got married. But it was a major let down and really frustrating to have to go through this situation and add so much more stress to the wedding because of it. I think we just got a bad apple of the group with working with the representative we had. I don't really blame the Pros for this issue. But it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth...just like any bad apple would...

Awsome video and pictures my album book is really nice, i will always be able to look back at my wedding pictures and video and remember it just like it was the day of thanks to the pros!! Highly recommended

We were so pleased with the follow up services from The Pros! After our wedding we received a follow up call which made us feel appreciated! The company really cares about each individual wedding and tries to provide a unique experience for every bride.

I had a great experience with The Pro's, specifically my photographers Allan and Klaus. They were really great and I got my proofs very quickly which was nice because I was anxiously awaiting them :)

photographer was junior, nothing special was done, the photos I am disappointed with, family photos were taken to far away. The videographer was also very hard to communicate with. the process was not explain correctly, we paid for a full length video, but we had to go through step by step what we wanted but it should have been known what is expected, us have an opportunity to review and edit. the process took way to long as well. for the amount of money paid, I am not pleased with the outcome of the video or photos.
