A great company with excellent customer service and a fantastic product. I love hiking with the tactical stick. I had a bit of an unexpected problem with my first purchase, and the company was very generous. Definitely looking forward to future products from prime adventure!

Ended up losing the compass part of the top tube and reached out on a whim to see if I could get a replacement compass piece (later found out you can order the top tube all together). Within 24 hours they responded and said they sent me a replacement for free. The package came very quick and turns out they just sent me a free replacement top tube piece even though they could have easily just told me to buy a replacement.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Brandon! We're happy we could get you sorted out quickly and that the replacement arrived promptly. That's exactly the kind of service we strive to provide. Enjoy your adventures!

I submitted an order on 12/12 which it was to be a Christmas present. On 12/23 I find out that they don’t have the item in stock. Was told it would be delivered on 1/12. Today is 1/10 and thus far the item hasn’t even been shipped. Very very disappointed. They offer no updates and continue to advertise as they can deliver on their commitment. I would not recommend them at all.
Response from TheprimeadventureApr 24, 2026
Hi Adelina, we sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment this caused, especially around the holidays. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers, and we completely understand how upsetting it must have been to not receive your gift in time for Christmas. We take full responsibility for the lack of communication and updates. Please reach out to us directly so we can make this right for you as quickly as possible. We truly value your patience and hope to earn back your trust.

There was a problem w delivery. Primeadventure immediately sent me a new product at no expense. When my post office realized the issue was on their end and was able to retrieve my package I notified primeadventure who in return offered me 30 percent off of the replacement as I was able to get my original product. It was great that they trusted I was not lying to receive free merchandise. This was a gift and my husband was thrilled when he received it. Highly recommend doing business w this company as they went above and beyond to fulfill my loss product in a very timely fashion. The walking stick I purchased is of great quality also. Thank you. I liked all the products and they are really well built the only problem is that the compass in the walking stick likes to fall out and the one thing that I would like to see added is a winters themed colored backpack and really stick and customer service was really easy to talk to and they take their time and make sure you are taken care of and any issues you have are taken care of

Thank you for the review, Rick! We appreciate the feedback about the compass — we'll take note of that. We're glad our customer service team was able to take care of you. As for the winter-themed backpack, we love that idea! Stay tuned. 😊
