I had an unfortunate situation with my order. It was delivered to another address and I was unable to retrieve my items from the other address, so I contacted the company and told them what had happened and they asked me to pay a shipping fee, as soon as they receive my payment they will replace my order. I still don't know where the mistake accur I believe if they checked the shipping address compared to the billing address they would have realized that there was an issue. Its okay because I want the product and I don't mind paying the shipping fee.

I had an unfortunate problem with my order being shipped to the wrong address due to a recent change in my living situation. I asked to have the order canceled in hopes of ordering the item in the future. Emma followed up with me quickly and was able to cancel the reorder and issue a full refund! Had a great experience today placing an order with Prime Adventure. I wanted to place an order from the UK, and spoke to Emma, who guided me through the process, to successfully place an order with this quality outdoor store. Thanks to Emma, all was resolved and order placed. Very highly recommended.

Sent an email on late friday evening requesting assistance with replacing compass. Received an email response within 1 hour (on a friday evening!). By Monday, a replacement compass was on its way to us. Family has purchased multiple tactical walking sticks and accessories. One person in family is physically disabled with an amputation, as well as diabetic. He has focused some of his tubes to meet specific needs he might have with a medical emergency.

So far everything has been as expected. I purchased my first one several years back and have gotten two more since. Those I know who hike like me have really liked it. The quality of each has impressed me. They are very durable and quite versatile. I use mine on every hike. I would also recommend purchasing the rubber tips to put on the bottom.

The Prime Adventure has great customer service. I bought the tactical stick but unfortunately the compass was messed up so Emma took care of the situation and is sending me a new one. I would recommend them 100%. Thank you Emma for the service you provided me! Clint
