The Prehab GuysReviews of theprehabguys.com

As a massage therapist and yoga teacher who has followed the founders for over 3 years via Instagram, I have appreciated their sound application as well as explanation of both the why and how we do preventative work now to benefit us down the road. I am excited about this next generation of Prehab Guys an app that allows you even more in-depth information, application and interaction within a community of “pro activity”, thank-you LeAnn N, Birmingham, AL

Have been dealing with Rhomboid pain for years and recently within the last couple months it got worse. Everyday dealing with limited mobility and headaches; till i found the video on how to fix the pain. The first time i could barely twist now after a week of consistently doing the exercises i have full mobility and the pain as well as headaches have gone away.

Congratulation to your programm from Germany! It works very well!

After a stroke, rehab at home can be difficult and overwhelming. It is so important to find the support and resources to keep going once you're home and your physical therapy sessions are done. The programs at The Prehab Guys have been really critical to my recovery…they have made all the difference!

I was dealing with a mid portion Achilles tendinopathy for over a year with little success rehabbing the injury. I thought I’d give the prehab program a go & within a couple of weeks I could feel the difference, I was no longer limping after waking up or resting for long periods. I have started running again since finishing the program without pain! Mobility and strength has definitely improved & now a case of regular maintenance using the program. I would definitely recommend this program!

Absolutely amazing!!

Really great program: very good progression with options to modify as needed; each week was challenging enough but allowed me to really progress and to correct my imbalances thanks to the unilateral exercises...I am now able to run without feeling any pain in my knees, I am so happpy!!!

I have had to go through a knee rehab in the past due to lack of conditioning exercises. I have spent quite some amount on correcting the practises. Prehab Guys very effectively address all the mobility and strengthening issues I personally faced/face. They are the page I most consistently follow. Keep up the work Guys😃
