I just tried the golf elbow program and is awesome! You can really feel how your inner elbow muscles are working with every exercise, the videos are very clear cause of the explanation, and the description is beyond good! You can also find for each exercise the number of series, repetitions and the time for the isometric ones. I've been looking over the internet for a program to rehab my elbow for about 4 months and this is the best one! As soon as I finished my first session I felt an improvement on my elbow! Thank you so much guys!

I recently injured my SI joint (to the point of not being able to walk without excruciating pain) and wasn’t able to go to PT without a referral. A friend recommended some of the PreHab Guy’s videos to help stretch and take tension off my SI area. I’ve been watching all the hip stretch and low back videos, along with regular chiropractic appointments, adding in your hip exercises daily and I’m feeling SO much better. It has been a week and a half and I just was able to start easing back into running and exercising with minimal pain, and the ability to walk without excruciating pain! Thank you!
