I have just ordered a winter pool cover and hope it lasts more than a year. I have bought the cheapest covers due to the seam ripping during the winter. For the last six years, I have had to get a new cover each year. I'll get back to you in the spring. Very easy to order, nice price.

Says it is automatic and it is not. Did not receive hose weight. Called The Pool Center customer service and they said it did not come from them. Evidently someone else is using their website & email address. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6/27/2014 We are still not satisfied with the product but feel that we should clarify the remarks about customer service. As it turns out there are numerous sites with very similar names. The first customer representative we talked to was not from The Pool Centers but was from The Pool Center. As you see this might cause confusion. Once we made contact with The Pool Centers customer representative we were very very satisfied with the service they provided. They made amends for the product and were very prompt and courteous. On the above update I forgot to upgrade the rating. I have now done that and the rating is based on customer service only.

The pool floats are ok, but the valve stem on the pillow end of BOTH floats separated away from the exterior and you have to dig it back out to blow it up. A little disappointed with that.
