I was in need of a QUALITY pool cover ASAP and went to pool centers website. I immediately saw the cover I needed and saw that I could receive the next day. Naturally I felt there was a catch with the next day delivery, however despite my pessimism, I ordered anyway. I was OVER THE MOON that I actually received the next day as promised !! Love this company (and the cover).

I originally purchased a 25'x45' RECT DURAGUARD PLATINUM winter pool cover which I was told had grommets all around the cover (every 4'). When I put the cover on my pool I noticed that there were only grommets in the corners, four of them to be exact. I contacted your company and spoke to DONNA. She said that she would send me out a new cover that would have the grommets, AT NO COST and I could keep the cover I already have. AMAZING. Donna called me back a few days later and told me she did additional checking and found out that none of the covers of the model I had purchased had grommets all around. She then upgraded me to the Titan cover which is a far better cover than I had purchased. I can't be more pleased with your company. It is so unusual to find a company like this that stands behind their product and service. The next e-mail I send out will be to ALL the people on my mailing list praising and recommending your company. I don't have a twitter or face-book account but my wife does and she will be doing the same shout out about your company. Please let Donna know that her demeanor, pleasant attitude and attention to my problem is most appreciated.

Ordering from Pool Centers was easy and they had exactly what we were looking for. The online order was completed on Monday afternoon and the item arrived on Friday. The quality of the pool cover was exactly I expected and as it was described online. Keep up the good work!
