I ordered a new pool cover and found the web site to be easy to use. I was instantly notified thru email that the order was in process. They communicated with me every step of the way. One phone call to customer service and my order was finalized. I spoke to a staff member within 2 rings and not at a call center. Little tweaks on the measurements for my pool cover were handled with a couple of questions from their staff. Ordering was simple and customer service was fantastic. I would order again for pricing and customer service. What more can you ask for these days? Tough to review the item currently, but it is definitely as ordered and the fit is perfect.
