I was shipping stuff to my mother in law and forgot to uncheck the "same as billing" button. I ordered after hours and had to leave a message about my mistake. They called first thing in the morning and made sure that it was shipped, same day, to the correct address. They were wonderful and Mom loves her new toys!

Was looking everywhere for simple tubes for the pool. Found them at Pool Centers and they arrived faster than I expected. I will be back next time I want to get something for my pool.

I placed an order for Father's Day but unfortunately it arrived damaged. After contacting the company and sending pics of the damage, they immediately sent a replacement. It arrived the day after Dad's special day, but the quality of the item purchased was great and the customer service was far above what other companies are willing to do.
