Standards of product is below standard. Eyelets were crushed, threading was torn and falling out, cover was not as it was stated to be. I have a 30 ft round pool and ordered a cover for a 30 ft round pool. With some added engineering it barely if that covers my pool. Very disappointed and will not make another purchase

I purchased what was to be a thicker cover for my pool, and which should last more than one year. Where other manufacturers have grommets running down all four sides of their covers for additional securing of the cover. This cover only has four grommets at each corner and the ties are very inferior to other covers I have purchased in the past for securing water bags. I wasted my money on this cover.

Hi BL Adams, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry that you were disappointed with your purchase. The cover you purchased is one of our most popular covers. We do have covers with grommets all along the cover. They are our covers with rip shield technology. Please give us a call when you are next buying a cover, we will be happy to help you through the process. Customer Service Team The Pool Centers

We received the wrong size item and have had no luck in getting someone to contact to replace it.

I was very disappointed in the first of the (2) covers that I purchased the first was for a 15'X27 oval and it was to small and you would not refund my money. I had already placed the order for the second cover. I will not ever buy from you again.

Hello Seth, thank you for your review. All comments are helpful to our improvement. After reviewing your case, it appears we sold out of your item and reached out to you by email the morning after your order was placed. You had not included a phone number. We offered you a replacement item that would have shipped that exact same day so it would have been delivered on the same schedule as your original order. You declined. We are disappointed that we were unable to fulfill your original order. If there is more we can do to help you, please give us a call. We would appreciate an opportunity to win you back as a customer. The Pool Centers Customer Service Team
