Hi there, Justin! Tins are randomly selected unless you buy an art set of 3. This is clearly explained in the product listing. Thanks!

I reached out to the owner and talked about what I was looking for. He made it happen and gave great communication throughout the process. Will order again.

I ordered a subscription on October 14. It is now November 17th And still no cards. My credit card was charged for the last two months and received nothing. Customerservice is very poor. I have a total of seven emails to him and only one response asked to cancel my subscription a few times and never heard back still today. No cards.
Response from thepokenest.comNov 17, 2023
Hi there, Subscriptions are sent out on or around the 15th of every month. If you order after the 7th of a month, your subscription will start the following month. Since you ordered after the 7th of last month, your subscription started this month, November. November subscription boxes have not gone out yet. Please review the subscribers terms, thanks! - ThePokeNest

I preordered 2 Paradox Rift booster boxes at $228. Before they even shipped, Pokenest dropped the price significantly. I contacted them & asked that I be charged the lesser price. They wouldn't do it. I wasn't happy
Response from thepokenest.comNov 13, 2023
Hi Jana! Unfortunately we do not refund the difference for changes in market price. Think about it! If you were to purchase a stock at a certain price, and it loses value, does the SEC or broker refund you the money for the loss???

I never received my preordered premium mew collection box, I contacted them after 2 weeks of the tracking never updating. Felt Tristan from pokenest was making it my problem something went wrong with shopping. Was told to create a lost package claim through the carrier against felt this wasn't my problem but pokenest made it my problem. that got rejected by the carrier I contacted them against after 30 days and still no update. was told of receive new tracking info by 11/8. Still haven't received any. Edit- this review is on my order number 5586 to which I have not receive it and I have not received updates tracking as I was promised. Edit they threatened to blacklist me because I want a refund, tracking still hasn't updated since Oct 6th and says awaiting package meaning they never brought it to usps

Hi there, This order #6135 is marked as delivered by USPS. Is there another order that you are referencing? If there was a replacement sent out, it may still be on its way. This review was made 2 days after the replacement was sent out. Please make sure to check your email for the tracking, as a notification was automatically sent out upon fulfillment by our system. It may be in your spam folder! You never know! Edit: I have reviewed your response. As stated from our previous communication, a replacement has been sent. A refund can only be assessed in accordance with our shipping and refund policy if a replacement hasn't been sent. This will be the last time that I respond to you unless the situation changes. You have been provided with all of the necessary updates, information and timelines for your order & replacement in accordance with our shipping policy. I urge you to remain patient for your replacement to arrive. Your communication has been very antagonistic and I do not appreciate your use of obscenities towards me during our communication. Please refrain from this, or you will be blacklisted and banned from our business. Thanks, Tristan ThePokeNest
