Good content, bad service
Great box. Got the $50 and got about $60 worth of Scarlett and Violet content. They gave me a big ex bundle as well as 2 smaller rare bundles and a poke collectors hand book. Ended up getting 2 $40+ cards in the packs as well as 4 other ex’s. Good experience except I was going on a vacation in a week and a half and the shipping said 3-5 days, it took 8 business days. Was scared it would sit on my porch the whole time but I got it the day of me leaving. Not bad just inconvenient listing. My big problem is I forgot to leave a review and I have gotten 3 messages a day for a week. Therefore is a half star for the shipping and 1.5 stars for the nagging. Would buy again though

Caleb, I'm happy that you liked your mystery box! For clarity, I looked up your order and see that it was placed on July 19th and delivered on July 26th. Please keep in mind that if ordering on a Friday, sometimes it will be shipped the following Monday, since we do not ship on weekends at this time. The shipment times are estimates for the transit time and do not include processing. I'll see if I can update this on the Google Ads Merchant Center to include no shipment on weekends. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the marketing emails, those are sent out by trustpilot, and they're set to send a follow up email if an action is taken, but not followed up on - This means if a customer clicks a link, or starts a form, but does not complete it fully.
