Final product was beautiful, my only complaint is the lack of confirmation as the job progressed. There is no way to check where it's at in production and I had to reach out several times for updates myself. Also to find out that the print was running late, however, you did get it shipped to me in time at your expense and that was incredibly appreciated. I'd just like confirmations from you as the job moves through your stages so that when my persistent customers are contacting me I have something to give them without having to call frequently. Otherwise, everything was incredibly well done, thank you!

I ordered 3 similar style bags for my company's product. After putting the style on the design part (cause they allow you to design the style online) I realize that part of my design was going to get cut off. Lucky for me a designer by the name of Nyla contacted me to ask if there was anything she can do to help out. I told her of my problem and she adjusted it without a problem. Then sent it back for my approval. Which is awesome because they will work with you so that way you can get exactly what you are wanted to achieve. Plus they are open 24/7 so you can order bags and get them the next morning (if you need to). The cost is so low and the fact there isn't a minimum amount you have to order is awesome also. The coolest part beside Nyla, is the CEO even contacted me to say welcome and if there is anything I need than contact him directly. The Packaging Lab has truly earned by business. So if you or your company is looking for a packages than The Packaging Lab is hands down the place to go.

I would give 0 stars if I could. We got scammed by this company. Zero customer service skills. Hard to get ahold of once they have your money. All the packages were different colors, lengths, and materials. Website is glitchy and Jeff is incredibly rude And always seems too busy and frazzled. Please please please do not order from this company!

Very slow turn times... Lack of communication in regards to standing orders is frustrating. Slow response to email quote requests. Qty's ordered are usually short.
