Eric, I am sorry for the slow turn times, we have been fortunate to grow very fast; however, there was a period of time where our lead times stretched beyond our standard of 5 days. We have been able to hire and have now eliminated these delays. In fact, we are now typically shipping one day early on 5 day orders and consistently hit our 24 hour turnaround when chosen. While I am not certain on the comment regarding orders being short, we will always credit orders if we dont hit the ordered amount.

I am sorry that you received poor quality pouches in the samples. We have changed our process for these and there are only good samples sent at this point.
